Firm, still slightly yeasty, somewhat planty fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, a touch of dark berries and mineral notes. Firm, yet also melt-in-the-mouth, dry, rather soft fruit, very fine acidity and some touch, fine vegetal aromas, a touch of mushroom, good persistence and substance, a hint of candy, floral nuances, very good finish, again with melt, certain spiciness and vegetable tones
