Firm nose, still yeasty, prominent herbaceous and intense mineral notes, elegant yellow fruit, hint of tobacco and a whiff of mint. Clear, ripe, tart juicy fruit on the palate, polished acidity, yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous traces, persistent, fairly firm structure, more prominent earthy and mineral notes, some depth, elegant grip on a very good tart, juicy finish.
