Light vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, earthy and floral notes, restrained yellow fruit, some incense, hint of bacon, increasingly noticeable mineral notes with aeration. Restrained, increasingly juicy dry, ripe fruit on the palate, vegetal, nutty, yeasty and earthy notes, still slightly muted, more incense, touch of bitter almonds, delicately spicy ,mineral notes in the background, hint of mushrooms, needs extensive aeration to slowly reveal its potential, becomes increasingly deep and juicy, peppery notes, clear contours, firm, juicy, minerally and slightly spicy finish.
