Fairly cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous as well as light floral notes, citrus, pomaceous and stone fruit, touch of sugar candy, mineral traces. Ripe, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, nutty and earthy notes, still slightly yeasty, elegant acidity, restrained, integrated tannins, good substance and persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, fairly full-bodied, hint of tobacco, very slightly muted, earthy and mineral traces in the background, good grip, warm and juicy on a very good tart, spicy finish.

Sehr fest gewirkt im Mund, saftig und einen Hauch süßlich, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, kräuterige Noten, etwas Hefe und deutliche Mineralik am Gaumen, leichter Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Tiefe, noch jung, gewinnt noch mit Luft, pflanzliche Beitöne, sehr guter Abgang.
