Developed, dried-vegetable and a little floral scent with nutty and candied-yellow-fruit aromas that seem fresher with air for a while, as well as slightly herbaceous-vegetable hints and a touch of caramel. Quite cool, again surprisingly fresh yellow fruit with herbal, nutty and earthy-mineral tones, lively acidity, grip of ripe tannin, very lightly muted, moderate sweetness but also lots of tart minerality and also a little bitterish-phenolic tones, very good, firm finish. In very surprising condition

Editor note: Translate to English Tiefer, kräuteriger und mineralisch-würziger Duft nach reifen, teils kandierten gelben Früchten. Hefig-mineralisch im Mund, kaum merklicher Restzucker, lebendige Säure, leicht aufrauender Gerbstoff, gute Struktur und Dichte, nachhaltig am Gaumen, guter Abgang. Gewinnt mit Luft ein wenig, legt aber die Bittertöne nicht ab.
