Still yeasty and a touch reductive fragrance with calm yellow fruity notes, hints of tobacco and vegetal nuances. Quite firmly woven, tart fruit with nutty, yeasty, delicately smoky and tobacco nuances, fine, quite lively acidity, grip of ripe, crumbly tannin, some persistence, quite distinct, salty minerality, good to very good, tart finish with plenty of acid bite.
