Cool, quite polished, delicately yeasty, herbal and nutty scent with restrained, fine yellow fruity notes. Fine, pure, quite fresh fruit, nutty, yeasty and hints of floral tones, very delicately vegetal on the palate, slightly sweet melting, very fine acidity, good to very good finish.
