Firm, not yet developed, quite deep, somewhat nutty and yeasty aroma with restrained, almost calm yellow fruity aromas, hints of black berries, floral nuances and a hint of exoticism. Ripe, grippy, juicy and yeasty-spicy fruit, slightly red berry and again hinted at exotic-fruity notes, very fine acidity, crumbly tannin, herbs and floral nuances in the background, a hint of tobacco, clear, spicy minerality, delicately sweet melting, very good, fine-juicy and -spicy finish with ethereal traces.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
