Cool, quite polished and fine citrus nose with yeasty nuances, vegetal to herbaceous notes and a hint of smoke. Finely juicy, cool, bright, fresh fruit, lively, polished acidity, yeasty nuances, planty notes in the background, a little reminiscent of artichokes, light nutty tones, persistent, elegant style, again some smoke in the background, light minerality, very good, firm, again cool finish.
