Cool, light, somewhat yeasty and clearly fresh, planty citrus nose with a hint of pomaceous fruit as well as floral and chalky nuances. Clear, finely juicy, bright, again animatingly cool fruit, fine nutty, delicately smoky and buttery tones, very fine acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, still slightly yeasty on the palate, rather slender style, polished and elegant, some depth, hints of lemon and lime in the background, chalky minerality, very good, precise, finely juicy and spicy, mineral finish.
