Fine, firm and quite deep, yeasty and delicately buttery nose with pomaceous fruit, yellow fruity and nutty aromas, moderate barrel notes and delicate vegetal tones. Clear, finely juicy, tart, bright fruit, vegetal and buttery nuances, nutty and restrained smoky wood notes, very fine acidity, delicate grip, yeasty hints, a hint of popcorn, elegant style, light yet with substance, gains noticeable mellowness and depth with air, very good finish.
