Nutty and a hint of buttery scent of pome fruit and a little red berries with yeasty nuances and floral traces. Clear, cool, fine-juicy, tart fruit, lively, fine acidity, some grip, yeasty, nutty and delicately vegetal notes, persistent on the palate, chalky mineral tones, elegant style, lean but still with substance and expression, smoky traces, clearly salt, very good, cool, tight, fine-juicy finish.
