Nutty and slightly dried-vegetable to tobacco aroma of predominantly red berries with earthy notes and a hint of roast pork crust. Clear, cool, finely juicy fruit, slender yet with substance, some acid bite, fine, crumbly tannins, nutty barrel notes and again a hint of tobacco, wild mushrooms in the background, persistent, certain depth, relatively complex, salty-chalky minerality, also pepper, very good, delicately smoky finish.
