2021 Pinot Noir Landwein trocken "Vulkan", Baden, Germany

Firm, somewhat smoky and slightly roasted, also nutty aroma of red and a little black berries with bacony nuances, wild herbs, fine vegetal flavours, light barrel tones and flint. Cool, fine, almost quiet fruit, crumbly-sandy tannins, nutty and smoky tones on the palate, a little wild mushroom, some lemon zest, clear, chalky-salty, but also stony minerality, partly dark background, persistent, certain depth, very good, firm, finely juicy and spicy, also clearly ethereal finish with smoky notes and some resin.
