Clear, firm, nutty pome fruit aroma with fine planty to herbal nuances, a hint of butter and very moderate barrel tones. Cool, tart, light fruit, nutty and still slightly yeasty tones, planty to herbal aromas, relatively present acidity, a hint of citrus zest in the background, good substance and persistence, clear, light mineral tones, some smoke, again moderate barrel notes, very good, firm, tart finish.
