Fine, dense and deep, somewhat floral and slightly vegetal nose of more red than black berries with tobacco nuances, very light dark ethereal spice, shells, roasted almonds, cigar tobacco and a hint of ivy. Dense, tart and juicy, rather cool, fine fruit, very light vegetal flavours and spiciness reminiscent of ginger and wasabi, fine sandy tannins, nutty and smoky tones, persistent, clear minerality, some juniper, a hint of dark chocolate, blood and hazelnut, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
