2020 Brut Nature Zero Dosage, Baden, Germany

Yeasty and nutty aroma with citrus and pome fruit flavours, herbs and a little dark berries. Clear, tart-juicy fruit, nutty, yeasty and herbal flavours, persistent on the palate, again slightly dark berry, fine mousseux, delicate grip, good persistence, completely dry style, floral nuances, very good finish with tension.
