Yeasty and a touch floral aroma with red berry aromas, a little nuts and hints of mushrooms. Fine, tart, rather cool fruit, nutty, subtly smoky and yeasty notes, fine mousseux, delicate grip of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, elegant style, hints of tobacco in the background, has polish and clear varietal character, very good, fine-juicy and spicy finish. Very skilful.
