2018 Landwein trocken Rosé "Saignée", Baden, Germany

Clearly nutty scent of pome fruit, a little red berries and rhubarb with hints of mushroomy dun plant notes. Rather juicy, not completely dry fruit with nutty and a little woody aromas, delicate, crumbly tannin and fine acidity, good persistence, a hint of smoke on the palate, chalky earthy minerality in the background, floral traces, good to very good, rather firm finish
