2018 Spätburgunder Landwein trocken, Baden, Germany

Somewhat dried-vegetable, spicy and tobacco aroma of predominantly red berries with mushroomy traces and a hint of tar. Slightly warm, rather tart fruit, nutty-woody and spicy tones, certain acid bite, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, iodine hints, certain minerality, smoky notes, good to very good, somewhat nutty, again alcohol warm finish with still a little drying tannin
