2018 Brut Nature Zero Dosage, Baden, Germany

Yeasty and somewhat floral pome fruit scent with nutty hints and a touch of butter. Tart, juicy, bright fruit, clearly yeasty and somewhat nutty, lively, quite fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, quite firm structure, some grip, some depth, still seems young, good substance, mineral tones in the background, very good, firm, nutty and yeasty finish, again with tart juice
