2017 Chasselas Landwein trocken, Baden, Germany

Prominent yeasty notes on the nose, light nutty oak, buttery traces, yellow fruit, floral traces, very light spicy notes, light earthy and mineral notes. Firm, bone dry, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, light oak, floral and more prominent yeasty notes, salty and chalky mineral notes, persistent, good substance, some depth, still young, vergetal traces on a very good, firm finish. Needs some time to mature.
