2018 Brut Nature Crémant "Pinot & Chardonnay", (Deg.: 06.12.2022), Baden, Germany

Firm, nutty, yeasty, smoky and somewhat buttery pome fruit scent with mushroom tones and vegetal notes. Ripe, firm, juicy, yet quite dry fruit with nutty, smoky and buttery aromas, relatively fine mousseux, some grip, has substance and some power, smoky nuances, mushrooms in the background, some woody spice, aromas of dark berries, rather full-bodied type, yet without any heaviness, very good, firm, juicy, spicy and grippy finish.
