2016 Schelingen Weißburgunder trocken Ortswein, Baden, Germany

Cool, polished nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, fresh vegetal aromas reminiscent of salad cucumbers, fresh herbs. Clear, elegant, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal aromas, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, delicate yeasty and light nutty notes, hint of bacon, fairly persistent, hint of lemon verbena, touch of white pepper, good to very good finish.
