Am Gaumen harmonisch und zart schmelzig, im Mund Anklänge an Kaffee, braunes Karamell, Akazienhonig und Kakaobohnen, Frucht nach in Sirup eingelegten gelben Früchten, zart kräuterig und mineralisch, passende, ausreichend balancierende Säure, hat einige Substanz und gutes Rückgrat, langer Abgang.
