Somewhat developed, nutty, slightly smoky to bacony, somewhat mushroomy and clearly vegetal nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little fennel and yellow spice. Ripe, melting, somewhat warm fruit, fine acidity and somewhat crumbly tannin, buttery to creamy hints, quite clear wood spice, again also yellow-spicy nuances and fennel seeds, good substance and persistence, cocoa notes, good substance, a little perfumed on a very good finish.
