Translate to English Getrocknete Feigen und Datteln in der hochreifen, kräuterigen und leicht an dunklen Ahornsirup erinnenden Gelbfruchtnase mit zart nussigen und brotigen Anklängen. Auch im Mund getrocknete Früchte, Feige, Rosinen und Sultaninen, etwas Johannisbrot und Aprikosenkonfitüre, dazu etwas Nüsse und Brotrinde, sehr hohe Restsüße und dementsprechend etwas dickflüssiger, aber nicht überfett oder mastig, hat Rückgrat durch eingebundene Säure, gute Länge.
