Quite firm, a hint of smoky and nutty aroma with rather light aromas of ripe yellow fruit, planty to herbal flavours and a hint of bacon. Ripe, melting, somewhat warm fruit, moderate acidity and some grip, smoky and again slightly nutty tones on the palate, vegetal hints, a hint of tobacco, good substance and persistence, slightly sweetish core, quite clear minerality, ethereal nuances, very good, juicy and spicy, again a little warm finish.
