A little vegetable and hinted parsley-herbal scent with cool, restrained, tart yellow fruity aromas and floral traces. Very slightly melting and warm fruit, some spiciness, herbal to planty notes, a little nutty on the palate, a hint of fennel and curry, suitable acidity, good if very slightly drying finish with a hint of salt.
