Quite firm, tart, somewhat herbal-vegetable aroma with restrained, relatively bright yellow-fruity aromas and a hint of artichoke. Ripe, juicy and rather warm fruit, fine acidity and very slightly sweet melting, delicate grip, fennel and nutty hints on the palate, good persistence, has some power, a little white pepper in the background, salty nuances, good to very good finish with warm and cool, almost ethereal elements.
