Etwas glatt im Mund, Waldmeister-Weingummi, weiß-pfeffrige und zart salzige Noten, lebendige Säure, ein Hauch roter Beeren am Gaumen, nussige und hefige Beitöne, etwas Schmelz und Wärme, gewisse Substanz, leicht gedeckt im ordentlichen, warmen, ein wenig zerfließenden Abgang.
