Nutty and somewhat vegetal nose with restrained aromas of pomaceous fruit and yellow fruit as well as restrained barrel notes. Ripe, slightly warm fruit with light, nutty wood tones, vegetal nuances and hints of peppery spice, very fine acidity, melting and delicate sweetness, certain persistence, moderate tannin, very slightly muted, tobacco and mineral notes, quite good, warm, only slightly buttery and banana-like finish with a hint of vanilla.
