2019 Riesling VDP.Gutswein trocken "Akazie", Rheingau, Germany

Firm, clear and polished, rather calm bouquet with fine yellow-fruity aromas, delicate nutty tones and a hint of acacia blossom with mineral notes in the background. Ripe, tart, juicy, again firmly knitted fruit, slightly nutty to woody tones, still a hint of yeast, very fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, lasting on the palate, good depth, clear, tart, rather light, chalky-salty minerality, again also a little acacia blossom, certain power, rather calm style, very good, firm finish with moderate woody notes and a hint of lavender.
