Fester, etwas rauchig-reduktiver, kräuteriger sowie angedeutet nussiger und zart rauchiger Duft mit hellen, kühlen gelbfruchtigen und angedeutet floralen Aromen. Reife, herbe gelbe Frucht, etwas rauchige, hefige und nussige Töne, florale Nuancen, viel Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff und lebendige Säure, auch noch eine Spur Kohlensäure, relativ dunkle Würze am Gaumen, steinige, salzige und kreidige Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, fester, saftiger, würziger und mineralischer Abgang.
