Somewhat reductive, quite firm, polished stone fruit-citrus scent with smoky nuances, a little black berries, fine herbal-vegetable nuances, wasabi, and a hint of pepper. Ripe, juicy and somewhat melting, delicately sweet, relatively dark stone-fruit accentuated fruit, restrained acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, has melting and some warmth, dark spice in the background, a hint of bread crust, walnut, good depth and substance, very good, quite dense, juicy and somewhat smoky-spicy finish with minerality and bread crust again.
