Cool, polished and quite firm, bright, fine yellow-fruity nose with delicate herbal-vegetal and floral nuances, a hint of smoke and mineral traces. Clear, again bright fruit, lively, quite fine acidity and a trace of carbonic acid, some grip, yeasty and somewhat vegetal notes, some persistence, mineral tones, implied sweetness, some lemon peel, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
