Cool, firm, somewhat herbal, yeasty and mineral nose with bright yellow fruity aromas and a hint of dill. Taut, juicy, again bright fruit, nutty, smoky and yeasty tones, present acidity and plenty of grip, still slightly rough and inaccessible on the palate, persistent, some depth, some carbonation, floral and hints of strawberry flavours, very good, again still a little rough finish. Needs time.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
