Slightly vegetal to herbal, nutty-herbal and hints of bacon aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas and a hint of nutmeg. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit, grip and lots of acidity bite, yeasty notes, herbal to herbal and slightly floral on the palate, a hint of dark berries, still a little carbonic acid, distinct minerality, very good, firm, juicy finish with a hint of liquorice. Still needs time.
