Firm and deep, herbaceous and slightly floral, with air increasingly smoky scent with bright yellow fruity aromas, still a trace of yeast and nutty traces. Tart fruit with present acidity, floral and nutty tones, some grip, good persistence, hints of light tobacco and floral nuances in the background, noticeable smoke, some melting, still barely developed, smoky and black berry traces, good depth, plenty of bite, distinct minerality, very good, firm, tart, again slightly smoky finish. Needs a lot of time.
