Firm, cool and quite deep, light stone fruit scent with citrus notes, smoke, still a little yeast, chalky mineral tones and fine vegetal aromas. Tight, rather juicy, again rather bright fruit, present, fine acidity and some grip, a little pineapple on the palate, persistent, nutty, delicately yeasty and smoky nuances, good depth, bright minerality in the background, tobacco traces, first clearly on the juicy-fruity side, then becoming more and more mineral, quite dry, very good, firm, juicy finish with draught.
