Citrus pome fruit scent with floral nuances, a hint of smoke, nutty hints and some frisich. Relatively tightly knit, quite juicy fruit, lively acidity and grip, herbal-vegetable notes, persistent, a hint of rock candy in the background, tones reminiscent of pineapple, distinct minerality, some carbonic acidity, a hint of salmjak and woodruff in the background, very good, firm, juicy and very slightly ethereal finish.
