Nutty and very slightly yellow-spicy, a hint of warm scent of ripe yellow fruit with notes of dried Provence herbs. Ripe, again somewhat warm, very juicy fruit with nutty yeasty and again also yellow-spicy notes, lively acidity, fine sandy, crumbly tannin, strong and persistent on the palate, a hint of candy, clear minerality, white-peppery traces, very good, firm, juicy and handy finish with bite
