Firm, somewhat nutty, vegetal and yellow-spicy aroma with relatively restrained stone fruit aromas that become more present with air, ripe citrus fruits, a hint of mushrooms, floral and minty hints, nutty and yeasty traces, hints of wood and a certain minerality. Tart and juicy, quite dense, again rather tightly knitted fruit, light, a little nutty wood aromas with delicate toasty tones, lively, yet ripe acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, again also yeasty tones, lasting, has substance, melting and some warmth, but also a lot of cooling minerality, good depth, still young, very good, firm finish. Should mature a little more.
