Tart nose, delicate yeasty and smoky notes, hint of yellow spice, prominent earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, bergamotte, floral notes, light peppery notes. Ripe, juicy, partly candied fruit on the palate, prominent yellow spice, light floral and herbaceous notes, hint of red berries, lively, ripe acidity, integrated sandy tannins, slightly sweetish and creamy, earthy and vegetal aromas, hint of carbon dioxide, touch of bergamotte again on a very good, juicy finish.
