Yeasty, firm, slightly yellow-spicy and dried floral fragrance with yellow fruity and bacon notes, pepper, herbs, a little bit of root vegetables, aniseed and intense minerality. Ripe, firm, tangy-juicy fruit, herbal, bacony and nutty tones, fine, lively acidity, much handle of ripe tannin, compact structure, enormous, salty and also dark minerality, rice, tobacco nuances, still completely undeveloped, has power, good depth, very good, firm finish with tarry nuances. Must mature.
