Translate to English Frisch-pflanzlicher und leicht floraler, auch pilziger Zitrusduft mit Steinobstnoten, etwas Kräutern, einem Hauch Speck, nussigen Spuren, etwas gelber Würze und deutlicher Mineralik. Fest und herb im Mund, kühle, verhaltene Frucht, zart hefige Noten, feine pflanzliche bis kräuterige Anklänge und deutliche, helle, erdige und leicht salzige Mineralik, lebendige, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, noch recht kompakter Bau, hat Biss und Griff, sehr guter, kühler und herber Abgang mit feinem, hellem, an Mandarinen erinnerndem Saft, feinen kräuterig-pflanzlichen Nuancen und salziger Mineralik.
