Translate to English Herber, hefiger und leicht pflanzlicher Duft mit apfeligen und rotbeerigen Aromen, einer Spur Zitrusfrüchte und floralen Nuancen. Klare, saftige, nicht völlig trocken wirkende, geschliffene Frucht, wieder etwas hefig und floral, lebendiges, mittelfeines Mousseux, nachhaltig am Gaumen, kühler Stil, hat Biss und Griff, sehr animierend, guter bis sehr guter, feinsaftiger, wieder kühl wirkender Abgang. Dürfte einen hervorragenden, äußerst vielseitigen Essensbegleiter abgeben, macht aber auch für sich alleine viel Freude.
