Pinot Blanc Brut Mathis Cuvée, Baden, Germany

Light yeasty and delicate vegetal notes on the nose, apple fruit and a gintr of citrus, floral traces. Slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and delicate floral aromas, fairly fine mousse, fairly persistent, vegetal and herbaceous traces, light nutty notes, hint of vanilla, good to very good sweetish finish.
