Somewhat vegetal, hint of nutty and delicately smoky aroma with light yellow fruity notes. Slender yet slightly melting fruit, nutty and vegetal flavours, a hint of pepper, still yeasty and again smoky tones, some wood on the palate, certain persistence, salt in the background, relatively firm structure, good to very good finish.
