Citrus scent with a little peach skin, light woody spice, lentils and delicate floral and fine vegetal tones. Somewhat melting fruit with light, nutty wood flavours, some butter and smoky-roasted aromas, persistent on the palate, very fine acidity, a hint of mushrooms in the background, still undeveloped, fine herbaceous-vegetable nuances, some warmth, very good finish with a sweetish-vanilla wood perfume.
